• Lifting system for taking the frying surface away from heat source,
• Frying surface control with 2 separate and independent controls, (for the ones with 1 module)
• Gas tap with pilot flame and thermocouple; stops gas supply in the case yhe flame turns off
• Gas burner in the shape of stainless pipe and with ability to operate using all types of gas,
• with automatic ignition button
• Either LPG or natural gas operated and conversion without modification,
• Appropriate for multipurpose use; can be placed on a cupboard or cantilever for installation of island type
